Doreen is a complete stranger to me. She approached me when I was just about to leave Wellington Street after the ESOL class finished. Well, she desperately needed a van to move some large plastic pipes (sewer pipes off cuts) from Te Rapa to her house. I drive a 4x4 which looks like a van. I was happy to do it.
