This dish is specially prepared by me to remind a friend Yeo Bee Chai about the many breakfasts we shared in Miri. He ordered this dish together with me, Seli Bakar and Joseph Yee. Four of us used to sneak out from Shell's materials office to the coffee shop in Miri for our breakfast. This dish was specially invented by Joseph Yee. It is kolo mee with roast duck. We must have eaten 100's of duck-mee, mostly blanjah by our boss, OMS/131. Joe has since gone to a better place where he can order duck mee every day. May he rest in peace!
