Many years ago I used to practise tai-chi for keeping fit. These exercise routines were first perfected by 林厚省. There were 18 movements in each set. Each movement is repeated a few times. Since then, these 18 moves routines have spread all over the world.
Then a second and third set followed
  It is highly recommended that first we must warm up all our body joints by doing these exercises 關節操 before starting the Tai-chi moves.
